Waterfall crab: cooked in hearty broth and glass noodles. Mickey Mouse crab: delicious creamy cheesy crabs, perfect with deep-fried buns. Golden ginger crabs: clean, refreshing light ginger taste to fresh crabs. Sea-salt baked dong gwai crabs: just as the name suggests, my favourite dish for the evening! The lovely aroma of the dong gwai though subtle, envelopes the natural sweet flesh. What a joy to eat!

Yin Yang broccoli: instead of the usual kailan, they use broccoli to great effect. Now I much prefer this style with broccoli than kailan. Jealous black chicken: stir-fried chicken with bittergourd and black beans. Elephant prawns: cooked in a familiar Chinese-style soup, best served with a lil’ vinegar. The size of this dish depends on the availability of the jumbo prawns that they’re able to get their hands on. Fong Bobo fish: Fresh, cooked right, delicious. Forgot what type of fish this is (I’m never good with species) but you should try it.
Kedongdong juice, starter of fried anchovies, free-flow mantou, missyblurkit with her favourite baked dong gwai crabs.
