My 2012 resolution… and I have one!

You know all these people who came out with new year’s resolutions every start of the year then discard them after 3 or so months? Yeah same reason why gym memberships sell like hot cakes in January and February then slow down thereafter until near summer (want hot bod for beach mah).

I never really make new year’s resolutions because knowing myself very well, I know I’d have a jolly hard time keeping them. Or even remembering what they are so I’d remember to keep them.

Then something happened. Three minutes ago, to be precise.

And now ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to announce that…

I HAVE A NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION FOR 2012!!!!

FINALLY! After all these years of wasting earth’s oxygen even! DON’T YOU FEEL HAPPY FOR ME??? :D

The NYR is so friggin’ fantastic that by hook or by crook, I intend to see it through.

And my 2012 new year resolution is…

TO STAY ALIVE LONG ENOUGH TO WATCH THE HOBBIT IN DECEMBER 2012!!!

Boy would I be pissed if the world ended before the movie came out.

Here’s the trailer in HD for The Hobbit. It’s Peter Jackson so they’re going to milk it as much as they can, which means 2012 will be Part 1. Part 2 will be shown in 2013, if there’s a world left.

Let’s see how Part 1 goes before making any more resolutions for 2013 ;)

  4. heh i tried really hard not to watch the trailer cos i know the movie’s only out next year wtf but cannot tahan oredi :P

  5. yah drag drag dragggggggg more monehhh

  6. What do you mean 3 months later? It’s more like 3 days later for me. ;)

Yeah, it’s puzzling right? The Hobbit has a comparatively less word count compared to any of the LoTR books but yet…it has two parts.

Maybe it’s the last chance to milk the franchise, unless they do The Similarion. :D

  7. KY: imagine The Hobbit is the thinnest book… They dragged LOTR 3 books into 3 movies and Hobbit 1 book into 2 movies… guess they’re really trying to cover the content but sekali come out with you pandang me i pandang you emo scenes for like 10 secs each, i’m gg to be REALLY upset :X

HB: i doubt it cos The Similarion never achieved the kind of popularity of Hobbit and LOTR. plus Peter Jackson is getting old

  8. All that singing makes it feel a bit like an old Chinese movie.
