The Eye on Everything always invites us to this and that party. Very free ar that guy. Unfortunately whenever he holds a party, I’d either be anti-socialing at home or anti-socialing at home. So much so that he was rather emo one day, and I thought I’d better preserve this friendship (which I truly appreciate btw ) and go to his party. I ended up having a great time, more fun than my usual anti-socialising
The highlight of the BBQ for me was the most fantastic French cut lamb rack. Words are inadequate to describe the juicy goodness of this meat, grilled to sublime perfection by Master Griller Lance Cheang. I hereby kowtow to his God-given BBQing skills, O Great One.
There were other awesomely delicious food served as well; assorted lamb cuts, pigs in blanket, mushroom with cheese (om nom nom nom!), rib eye steak and chicken wings… Not to mention plenty of booze. I ate and drank a bit too much, feeling under the weather now, heh. But it was worth it.

Turns out that Mike, Lance, Melissa and Li Ling are out to do this BBQ thing on the side. Bloody opportunists, hahahaha! Nah, good thinking actually. If the food we had at the BBQ that evening was anything to judge by, I’d say that they’d be quite in demand.
BBQ Addicts will buy, marinate and vacuum seal the meats and other BBQ goodies for you. All you have to do is grill it yourself. The item list includes Oz lamb loin, Oz lamb shoulders, pigs in blanket, prawns, mussels, beef/ lamb sausages, rib eye steak mushroom with cheese, fish, chicken wings etc. The awesome French cut lamb rack goes for RM120 with more or less 8 pieces in a single rack. Yummylicious!
