		<description>Ok, don&#039;t kill me...but I actually LOVE the plank! :P
I used to dread it too, until I learnt that the trick is to channel all our energy and effort on supporting ourselves with our abs muscles, not our elbows. 

It&#039;s still one of the toughest abs workout I&#039;ve ever known but I realise that when we do it right (meaning work the abs instead of the elbows/shoulders), the ache from our abs the next day is rather....errr....orgasmic?

Call me crazy but really, I love the plank. :D</description>
