megaa: nope, but i will try next time. i don’t take taxis often — before i did, there were only sunlight, public, telecab and 1 more that i forgot. need to load up on numbers.

I think you’re doing the right thing. Pay him and then tell the whole world how bad this sunlight taxi is. Then, write to the major newspapers!

I have my very own regular tax cab driver. lives near my home, honest, and always on time. I call him everytime I need a cab, which is usually when i need to go to the airport…

I wonder if complaining will ever work with cab companies? Unlike SW takes matters as such very seriously.My cabby is attached to SW and most of the phone operators are also very polite.Ever tried SW?
