LT: haha the whining helps to destress it’s okay if you can’t keep up. i know it sounds unachievable now, but you WILL eventually keep up, do better even! you’d be surprised. i’ve never exercised before in my life until 3 months ago. everyone starts off the same one, don’t worry too much!
