check out my new lenovo c300 all-in-one desktop!
So that was my big delivery that I was anticipating on Friday 
It’s so preeettyyyy!!! The despatch was unable to deliver it to my office that day, so David Lian had to lug it to BSC where we were meeting @MikeFoong for going-away dinner and drinks. Then Horng helped to carry it to my car in the parking lot. Wah, everyone is so wonderful, thank you thank you!
Being an all-in-one desktop, everything you’d get from a normal CPU is at the back and around the 20″ LCD screen. I’ll talk about it more as I go along. So far I’ve ripped open the package and installed the following: Firefox, Avira, Tweetdeck, Picasa, Winamp, VLC, Nokia PC Suite, Adobe Flash, assorted Instant Messengers and WordWeb. Pending are OpenOffice because it’s a massive file to download and I don’t quite need it yet. Free and open source software and applications rock. Windows Vista on the other hand… @#&*()@*!(@*)@#

I recently got a new Macbook so I know all about the ‘orgasm’ and excitement of getting a new gadget and lovingly installing new softwares onto it. make sure you don’t miss google’s free software called ’sketchup’ as well, it is awesome !!

check with lenovo if u can get the free upgrade for windows 7 due out in october. heard it is way better than vista
