not feeling too good/ ryan brushes teeth/ nokia n95 new firmware rox
It’s the time of the month to be feeling under the weather!
Mom is being especially nice to me. Yesterday she cooked up a scrumptious dinner, and then made me a drink of ginseng roots and salt. Apparently that is supposed to be helping with my ‘heaty-ness’ problem. This morning she gave me a small flask of the stuff to be consumed in my workplace.
Mom: Make sure you drink everything arh! Don’t just say you’d drink, but before you come home, you’d pour everything into the sink!
Me: Harr?!?! Why you say like that one!!
Mom: Because I know you.
But that was when I was in primary school and I hated the really hot Milo that we had to gulp down before going to school. I am (much) older now mah… and hopefully wiser not to pour stuff down the kitchen sink

Nokia Independent Artists Club is having this ‘Fortnight’ thing, 2 weeks of live performances from, erm… independent artists I was invited to the launch tomorrow at Velvet Underground @ Zouk KL, but don’t think I will be able to make it lah. SO FAR (from me) OMG!

Just updated my N95 firmware yesterday Throughout the upgrade, there was this message along the lines of, “IF YOU DETACH THE CABLE DURING THIS UPGRADE, YOUR PHONE WILL FUCK UP” (I paraphrase). So it was a bit tension for me, fretting that somehow somewhere the cable might decide to detach by itself or something. Luckily everything went fine, and I really like it!
For one, boot up seems faster. Well, basically everything seems to be moving faster! Camera time loads faster, time between taking different shots seems faster, applications load faster… FAST FAST FAST GOOD GOOD GOOD!
There’s also this ‘Search’ function on the standby screen that I find really useful already Next thing I am waiting is for the Nokia Music Store to be available to us

but if the memory card fills up won’t the phone still slow down? i experienced this with older symbian phones.
