Eleen: Oh man oh man. and they expect you to pay 20 cents each time you dial 121. I wouldn’t bring it up if my shit gets resolved. Last month I think i called them 5 times or more.

Just a comment about the early part of your post – Maxis’ *&^%$%%%^ slooooowwww server for their website.

A year ago, I made the same decision as you. Save some trees (yeah right! Actual reason was to save that blardy RM5! *LOL*), yada yada. Anyway, the server was taking frigging forever to load ONE SINGLE page that I lost it. Decided to give up trying to get their blardy server to work like other decent servers. So, I opted for the next best thing : Sign up for monthly automated emailing of my Maxis bill. Worked fantastically for me for more than a year.

Then….

My November bill didn’t pop up in my Inbox on schedule. I decided to try their server again to manually pull out my bill. I thought : “After more than a year, I am sure they would’ve done something about that darn slow server of theirs.”

Boy, was I soooooo wrong!

I ended up calling their Customer Service call center to tell them how I feel about their ‘urgent’ need to address the complaint I lodged more than 12 months ago about their not-even-fit-for-the-museum server.

I have ZERO hope that they will improve.

If not for the fact that I have been using my Maxis postpaid number/account for dog years now (and am also too frigging lazy to change my number), I would’ve jumped ship a long time ago.

Joyce: Yah? ST said he spotted your red hair; I went inside the covered place but couldn’t locate you. Hmm… we got our bottled beer straight from the pub. The first one I had while waiting for the noobs was really, really, really cold. After that wasn’t as cold, but wasn’t lukewarm/warm either. Maybe cos we were standing at different places kot?

Dunno la babe, i didn’t even get to try the beer properly cos they ran out of cold ones.
And i just think the event sucked big time.
The beer might not suck but the event was terrible.
