Right now my back, neck and shoulders are plastered with Salonpas. Been having aches for more than a week. Where can I buy new muscles and joints? Don’t think mine comes with warranty.

Am falling in love with John Mayer. Quite late, I know. When I first heard ‘Your Body Is A Wonderland’ back in 2001, I hated it. I thought he was one of those singers that America loves so much that I don’t understand, like country music. Besides, I just discovered house/ trance music that year, and was too busy head bopping to the likes of Chicane.
In 2005, Jason Mraz ‘appeared’ and I fell head over heels with his music. So light, so refreshing, and ‘mraz’ has the same meaning as ’suan’! If it wasn’t a sign from the gods, then I don’t know what it was. Self-delusion maybe.
But now that it is 2007 and seeing that I shall be 26 soon, I find myself leaning more towards Mayer’s melancholy stuff. Being 24 and being 26 is such a huge difference. What wouldn’t I give to be 24 again…

And lastly, The Star’s sister site AllMalaysia.info launched a new project dedicated to Malaysian bloggers! It is a blog directory for now, but I am sure it will spiral into a host of other stuff ( gatherings, blogathons, workshops ).
Sounds awesome. Right now they are holding a contest sponsored by Genting, where 20 shortlisted bloggers are voted by web visitors, with the winner winning some cool prizes. Voters will also get to win some nifty stuff too.

I’ve always think of John Mayer as an alright selection for some psedo-emo listening, but he is definitely a better choice than a lot of peeps being played on radio nowadays. I do not want to believe that I’m steering into Mix-Fm territory at this age, but then again, they were the only one who first started playing Scissor Sisters’ stuff a few years back.
