		<description>U noe what, I had the same nauseous feeling too a couple of days into my gym regiment. Turns out that my tummy was empty b4 I started working out. I got lightheaded and really wanted to throw up. I had some 100plus + Ice lemon tea, and got better immediately. Maybe a teeny snack like a banana or some crackers abt 45mins b4 yr workout will do the trick.</description>

if you were doing it at a steady rate, it should still be ok. but as a rule, if it gets too much - feeling nauseous is one sign - then u should stop for awhile :)

but dun worry, i went thru that too. it gets better once u get the right advice for all those thingamajigs available</description>
