		<description>Atkins is very dangerous actually, indeed losing weight isn&#039;t necerssarily good, lose fat, not mass. Atkins is good for rapid weight loss for very fat people, but for most people it&#039;s not really healthy and it doesn&#039;t work for the long term, it&#039;s a quick fix.

The best thing is eating at regular intervals, same time every day so your metabolism can get used to utilising the energy properly, not sleeping right after you eat, not starving yourself and binging, regular exercise and eating in moderation, that&#039;s the best way to lose weight.

All these fad diets are bullshit.</description>

		<description>i was about to suggest south beach instead of atkins, if you decide to go on a famous diets.
They do work. But however for long run, exercising and eating moderately is still the best. I know i lost 30kgs in one year before :p</description>

i&#039;m not being the devil&#039;s advocate here, just truthful, heart-to-heart sharing. cehhh.

my aunt and cousin both went on the atkins diet a couple of years ago. aunt very nearly could qualify for a female sumo wrestling team, bless her kind soul. my cousin was even fatter than i am (i hope you still remember how i look like). due to willpower etc etc, my aunt lost enough weight to be deemed healthy by her doctor, and my cousin, goodness. she&#039;s damn fucking hot now. 

my mom on the other hand... she did try the atkins diet and lost about 8kgs, but then she gave up. :/

so it really depends on the individual loh. whatever it is, i give u moral support suan. go for it! :)</description>
