   many dumb people here:

   1) the dumb people who started everything
   2) the dumb people in the newspapers who decided to go around looking for dumb people to interview
   3) the dumb editors at the newspapers who allowed (2)
   4) the dumb photographer who designed the pose (and the people who agreed to it, posed for it, and chose the photos for the final presentation)
   5) the dumb people who allowed the story to have so much coverage
   6) the dumb people like yours truly who also commented about the during, and after and the in-between of it.
